MEP Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with 10+ years of experience in building construction and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related MEP works, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily **MEP site activities** and ensure smooth execution of works.
* Manage MEP foremen, technicians, electricians, plumbers, mechanical workers, and subcontractors.
* Coordinate **mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other MEP services**.
* Ensure installations are carried out as per approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
* Review MEP drawings and identify clashes, discrepancies, and site constraints before execution.
* Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, structural, and other project disciplines.
* Monitor manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
* Coordinate material requirements and ensure delivered materials comply with approved specifications.
* Monitor daily progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
* Coordinate inspections with the **QA/QC team and consultants** and ensure required approvals are obtained.
* Supervise testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of MEP systems.
* Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, material requirements, and site records.
* Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Identify technical issues and coordinate timely solutions to minimize delays and rework.
* Monitor and maintain proper housekeeping and safe working practices across MEP work areas.
* Ensure compliance with **HSE requirements, permit-to-work procedures, and project safety standards**.
* Support snagging, rectification, testing & commissioning, and final handover activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field**.
* Minimum **10 years of relevant MEP site experience**.
* Strong experience in **building construction, commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise projects**.
* Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting systems.
* Proven experience managing MEP teams and subcontractors.
* Ability to read and interpret **MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents**.
* Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
* Excellent site coordination and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
* Previous **Saudi Arabia/GCC experience** is preferred.
* Transferable Iqama and immediate availability will be an advantage.
