MI Clinical Education Specialist

The role of a Clinical Education Specialist is primarily to deliver and co‑coordinate training on GE Healthcare’s products. This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also remotely using digital methods. The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the Molecular Imaging installed base.

Roles and Responsibilities

• You will provide onsite clinical applications training to users' equipment in a given modality area.
• You will co‑coordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager.
• You will conduct high‑quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customers' safe and effective use of GE equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity.
• You will maintain satisfactory after‑sale relationships and develop long‑term customer relationships while identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
• You will promote unique differentiators based on customers' clinical needs, the competition, values and benefits sought.
• You will continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
• You will support trade shows, workshops, show sites and customer visits.
• You will support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
• You will document trainings, site visits and customer interactions as per the local protocol.
• You will deliver customer presentations at classroom education days and user events.

Required Qualifications

• Based on a radiographer or biomedical engineering degree, you bring significant experience in Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine/PET).
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and good communication abilities.
• You are self‑motivated and willing to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and to take action to improve.
• You are team‑oriented with a customer‑satisfaction mindset.
• You are flexible and able to adapt to changing work environments.
• You are willing and able to travel and be at customer sites 70–80% of the working time (annual average).
• You speak and write English fluently.

Desired Characteristics

• You bring a post‑graduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine.
• You have experience working with GE products.
• You have experience conducting training in Molecular Imaging.
• Experience working in other modalities such as CT or X‑ray is a bonus.
