Project Coordinator

Description

A leading Engineering and Architectural Consultancy firm based in Riyadh is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join its team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering projects, facilitating communication between stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate between architects, engineers, clients, and project teams.
• Monitor project schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Organize and schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.
• Manage project documentation, drawings, correspondence, and technical submissions.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Track project approvals, client comments, and required revisions.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an engineering consultancy or construction company.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with project management tools and document control procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
