About Our Client
Our client is a well-capitalised real estate investment firm focused exclusively on the Saudi Arabian market. With a significant land bank and an expanding portfolio of mixed-use and hospitality-led developments, the organisation operates a lean, high-performing model across investment, development, and asset management functions.
Job Description
Lead execution of all Madinah-based projects, acting as the senior on-ground authorityManage two major developments, including a large-scale mixed-use hospitality projectOversee project lifecycle from design through construction and deliveryDirect and manage Project Managers and external consultants/contractorsCoordinate with internal teams across investment, procurement, and operationsEnsure projects meet quality, cost, timeline, and compliance objectivesDrive contractor performance across split-package delivery modelsSupport permit resolution processes and ensure timely recommencement of works
Provide progress reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders
Contribute to strategic decisions impacting project delivery and execution
The Successful Applicant
15-20 years' experience in construction and development deliveryProven track record delivering at least one full hospitality tower project (A-Z)Strong site execution expertise is essentialExperience with high-rise (approx. 18 floors) developments preferredBackground in civil engineering (architecture considered with strong delivery focus)Previous exposure to the KSA market is highly desirableAbility to manage complex stakeholder environments and large contractor teams
Comfortable operating in lean teams with high ownership and responsibility
