Site Team Supervisor & Quality Assurance Lead

Catrion

CATRION is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee field operations at our Saudi Arabian site. You will coordinate with the site manager, enforce quality systems, and ensure staff follow processes to deliver safe, efficient service.

You will train junior team members, monitor performance, manage housekeeping and accommodation services, and report on budgets and client satisfaction to support profitable project delivery.
