Fire Chief

Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in fire safety and emergency management? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Chief to oversee and lead our fire department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, preparedness, and response in our community.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the fire department.
• Develop, implement, and oversee fire safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Coordinate and supervise emergency response operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international fire safety regulations and standards.
• Establish strong relationships with community stakeholders and other emergency response agencies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to department personnel.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in fire service, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Certification in Fire Officer III/IV, Firefighter I/II, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of fire safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven skills in leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical fitness and the capability to handle the demands of the role.
