Responsibilities

• Implements approved departmental policies and procedures and ensures adherence with the processes implemented so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Legal to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
• Investigates cases of a more complicated nature requiring the examination of a large amount of data and a degree of technical understanding and respond to straightforward requests for advice both in verbal and written form.
• Participates in committees, reports on and puts forward recommendations on the improvement of flaws in the current policies and work procedures from the legal/ internal control point of view.
• Interprets issues in the field of experience and gathers information using the proper methods to ensure providing advice and investigation reports to serve the different business functions including recommending the best course of action and alterative solutions.
• Reviews and approves drafted reports and contracts on investigated incidents / advice inquiries ensuring the inclusion of all relevant information and supporting documentation and proved recommendation.
• Applies policy and procedures in providing professional legal guidance and support to colleagues and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law.
• Experience
• 4-6 years of related experience.
