We are Hiring to General Accountant Eventum Exhibitions Riyadh SAR 4,000 to SAR 5,000 a month Key responsibilities to General accounting Post daily journal entries and maintain an accurate general ledger. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts. Book prepaid expenses, accruals and their monthly amortisation. Support payroll closing: post the payroll journal, GOSI and end-of-service provisions. Prepare input VAT schedules and support the monthly/quarterly VAT return. Reconcile intercompany balances with related entities. Maintain the fixed asset register and post monthly depreciation. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and schedules for the month-end close. Prepare schedules and supporting documents for external auditors and
ZATCA.
Keep supporting documents filed and complete in Odoo. Requirements Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2–3 years of accounting experience, at least 1 year mainly in accounts payable. Experience in Saudi Arabia is required; experience in events, exhibitions, contracting or project-based companies is a plus. Technical skills Solid knowledge of IFRS basics: accruals, prepayments, reconciliations. Working knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) and withholding tax. Hands-on experience with an ERP; Odoo is a strong plus. Good Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS. Personal skills Accurate and organised, able to meet monthly deadlines. Clear communication with suppliers and project managers. Arabic and English, spoken and written. Trustworthy with payments and confidential data.
