Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Project Manager to lead and oversee marketing projects for our clients in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and within budget, while effectively managing agency resources and nurturing strong client relationships. Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to lead and oversee marketing projects for clients in Riyadh, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing agency resources and client relationships to drive growth, satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver 100% of projects on time and within budget
- Maintain client satisfaction score above 90%
- Grow account revenue by 20% year-over-year
- Lead cross-functional teams across 5+ active campaigns
- Reduce project turnaround time by 15% quarterly
- Utilize project management software (Asana, Trello, Jira) to track and manage workflows
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting for all client projects
- Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline project delivery
- Foster client relationship management through proactive communication and strategic partnership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional agency teams to ensure seamless execution
- Deliver compelling presentations and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Solve complex problems under pressure to keep projects on track
