Access Engagement & HTA Head

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Access Engagement & HTA Head in Riyadh to lead market access strategy for Innovative Medicine in Saudi Arabia. The role shapes health technology assessment and policy dialogue, builds engagement with emerging healthcare stakeholders, and translates healthcare system developments into actionable portfolio strategies.
Responsibilities
- Shape HTA and policy dialogue with Saudi Ministry of Health, CNHI, and relevant healthcare authorities
- Lead KSA portfolio HTA strategy and economic evaluation studies with localized data and evidence plans
- Monitor healthcare-system developments including Vision 2030 and translate into access implications and opportunities
- Establish strategic relationships with emerging healthcare stakeholders and purchasing organizations
- Develop and implement differentiated customer-facing access engagement model across key decision-makers
Requirements
- Proven experience in health economics, market access, or health technology assessment strategy
- Deep knowledge of healthcare policy, reimbursement models, and HTA frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and external relationship-building capabilities
- Experience translating policy developments into business strategy and portfolio planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
- Familiarity with Saudi healthcare system or comparable emerging market healthcare transformation
