Budgeting, Planning & Performance Analyst
Overview
CEPCO is seeking a Budgeting, Planning & Performance Analyst to join the Strategic Planning & Performance team.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in budgeting, business planning, financial analysis, and performance management who are passionate about supporting strategic decision-making and driving organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets across departments and projects.
- Prepare financial and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning and business performance.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Budgeting, Planning, and Performance Management.
- Oracle ERP experience is required.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
