Business Development and Marketing Executive Region: Jubail (General Contracting) EQTAAD General Contracting Co Ltd.—Jubail, Saudi Arabia EQTAAD General Contracting Ltd. is hiring a results-driven and well-connected professional to take up the role of Business Development and Marketing Executive This role is ideal for individuals from project management, operations, or sales backgrounds within the general contracting industry who have strong client networks and a proven ability to bring in business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the general contracting space (civil, interior fit-out, plant maintenance, and electro-mechanical works). Leverage existing industry relationships to secure projects from main contractors, industrial clients, or direct clients. Achieve a minimum sales target of SAR 500,000 worth of work per month. Represent EQTAAD across Jubail, the Eastern Province, and Riyadh to expand our client base. Support and contribute to strategic marketing efforts aligned with business goals. Requirements: Strong background in general contracting with existing client connections. Experience in project management, sales engineering, or similar roles preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Freshers and candidates from unrelated fields will not be considered.
