Office Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth operation of all construction projects
- Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and project schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor project budget and expenses, and report any discrepancies to project managers
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to provide updates and address any concerns
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on construction sites
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions for project challenges

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
