- مطلوب أخصائي موارد بشرية بخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
- يجب أن يكون لديه معرفة شاملة بأنظمة العمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية السعودية.
- خبرة في نظام حماية الأجور (WPS) ومتطلبات السعودة.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة الموارد البشرية الإلكترونية.
- يجب أن يكون حاصلًا على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو موارد بشرية أو ما يعادلها.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- الشروط: المام تام بأنظمة العمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية السعودية - مؤهل علمي بكالوريوس إدارة أعمال أو موارد بشرية أو ما يعادلها
