Description
A reputable company in Al Khobar is looking for an experienced HR & Government Relations Officer with the following qualifications:
* Saudi national and currently residing in Al Khobar.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources and Government Relations.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi government systems, platforms, Saudi Labor Law, and latest regulatory updates.
* Ability to manage government-related transactions, compliance requirements, and proactively resolve gaps or issues to avoid penalties and fines.
* Good computer and electronic systems skills.
* English communication skills are preferred.
* Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
* Must provide verified experience certificates in the same field.
* Highly responsible, accurate, organized, and capable of handling assigned duties and accountability within the scope of work and company regulations.
