Lead BlokSeT LV switchboard assembly operations on the Madinah floor. Lean production principles, CNC sheet‑metal coordination, and Schneider Electric quality protocols.

About the role
You keep our Madinah floor running. As manufacturing engineer for BlokSeT LV switchboard assembly, you drive lean production, coordinate CNC metalwork, and hold the line on Schneider Electric licensed quality from raw sheet to tested panel.
What you'll do
- Plan and optimise BlokSeT LV switchboard assembly using lean manufacturing principles.
- Coordinate CNC metal‑cutting and fabrication schedules with production demand.
- Enforce Schneider Electric quality protocols and licensed‑build conformity.
- Drive continuous improvement in throughput, yield, and floor safety.
- Resolve production‑floor technical issues and support routine testing.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2–5 years in switchgear or electrical‑equipment manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and CNC fabrication.
- Familiarity with IEC 61439 and switchboard quality standards.
- Based in or able to relocate to Madinah.
