IT Analyst
Description
Are you an IT professional ready to grow your career with a leading industrial solutions provider in Jubail? AIM Industrial Solutions is expanding its internal IT division and looking for a dedicated IT Analyst to work directly with our IT Division Head.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement: Own client IT enquiries from first contact to proposal delivery, building relationships via phone and in-person meetings.
• Technical Documentation: Translate client needs into clear requirement documents, URS (User Requirement Specifications), and SRS (System Requirement Specifications).
• Tenders & RFPs: Assist in preparing commercial and technical proposals for IT tenders.
• Internal IT Operations: Maintain AIM’s Microsoft 365 environment, user accounts, access controls, and daily system health.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, and document preparation.
What We Are Looking For
• Nationality: Saudi National
• Education: Degree or recognized certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on IT experience.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Skills: Strong communicator, tech-savvy, and confident using AI productivity tools.
• Availability: Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
