The Role at a Glance

• Location: Al Kharj
• Reporting to: Assistant Farm Manager
• Team Leadership: Managing a diverse crew of Technicians (Maintenance & Refrigeration), Mechanics, Electricians, Fitters, and Welders.

Core Mission

To maximize the operational lifespan and efficiency of all electrical and mechanical systems through rigorous proactive maintenance and expert troubleshooting.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Organize and train a multi-disciplinary maintenance team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Proactive Planning: Develop and execute maintenance schedules to prevent downtime before it happens.
• Quality Control: Maintain a world-class workshop environment, ensuring tools and facilities are in top-tier condition.
• System Inspections: Oversee regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems, identifying and rectifying issues swiftly.
• Downtime Mitigation: Minimize production losses through rapid troubleshooting and efficient repair of vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Tractors, harvesters, loaders, bailers, small pickups, and generators).
