Sales Team Lead & Growth Strategist

Olayancareer is seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive targets by supervising the sales team and coordinating with the Branch manager on strategy. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, addressing requirements with professionalism, and expanding market share in the Riyadh region.
The candidate will monitor market activity, report monthly results, and collaborate with Aftersales to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous growth.
