Descrição do Cargo
- Realiza atividades da área, sem supervisão, podendo instruir e treinar outros profissionais, tais como: Planejar, implementar e otimizar processos industriais, acompanhando fluxo e índices de performance para identificar oportunidades de melhorias e eliminar falhas no alcance dos resultados de volume, qualidade e custo.
- Atua com a gestão de indicadores de produtividade da área de Industrializados da unidade.
- Atua juntamente a gestão na apresentação de dados em reuniões de produtividade.
- Cumprir as diretrizes da Política de Sustentabilidade da companhia, promovendo a gestão e atendendo aos indicadores e compromissos globais ESG (Ambiental, Social e de Governança) da empresa.
Formação Acadêmica
- Superior Completo em Engenharia de Alimentos, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Química ou áreas afins.
Competências Técnicas
- Conhecimento em visualização de dados
- Conhecimento em inspeção de riscos em unidade de fábrica
- Conhecimento em processo fabril
