Procurement Officer

Procurement Officer Region: Dammam (Dammam) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced procurement officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining strong supplier relationships in the marine industry. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure marine equipment, spare parts, and supplies efficiently. Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms. Maintain accurate procurement records and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to meet procurement needs. Utilize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus) for procurement processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a procurement officer or in a similar role, preferably in the marine industry. Strong technical knowledge related to marine vessels and equipment. Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage). A valid Saudi driving license is required. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in marine procurement or shipping.
