Customer Service Coordinator

We’re Hiring to ODOO and Customer Service Coordinator Region: Dammam Duct Core is looking for a Female Odoo and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: Manage and update work orders through Odoo Schedule customer appointments and coordinate technician visits Update work order status and service details on a daily basis Prepare and manage quotations and invoices Update customer and work order information on the relevant portals Follow up on pending and completed work orders Contact customers by phone to confirm appointments and provide service updates Coordinate with technicians and ensure daily work orders are properly updated Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documents are uploaded Support daily administrative and operational activities Requirements: Female candidate Good knowledge of Odoo is preferred Good English communication skills Arabic communication skills are an advantage Good computer and Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple work orders and tasks efficiently Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination is preferred Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
