Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving storing issuing and maintaining inventory in an efficient and accurate manner. This role demands strong record-keeping skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with procurement production and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  

• Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic and accessible manner.
  

• Ensure proper storage conditions for different types of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
  

• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts/reconciliation.
  

• Issue materials to departments as per requisitions ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  

• Monitor stock levels and inform the purchasing department of shortages or reorder requirements.
  

• Label and tag all inventory items clearly for easy identification.
  

• Maintain cleanliness safety and security of the store area.
  

• Prepare and submit inventory reports goods received notes (GRNs) and issue vouchers.
  

• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for returns replacements or urgent requirements.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards.
  

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma / Bachelor s Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field.
  

• Minimum of X years experience as a Storekeeper preferably in industry-specific operations.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software (ERP knowledge preferred).
  

Skills Required

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Attention to detail with excellent record-keeping abilities.
  

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Problem-solving skills to handle discrepancies or urgent demands.
