CIVIL 3D MODELER ( ROADS)

We are looking for a qualified Civil 3D Modeler – Roads to support major road and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for developing road BIM models, producing construction drawings, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination activities in compliance with project standards and BIM requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop detailed road and highway BIM models using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Prepare road alignments, profiles, corridors, grading, and cross-sections.
• Produce road layout drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate road models with utilities, structures, drainage, and landscape disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project specifications, and company standards.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination activities using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Support quantity extraction and material take-offs from BIM models.
• Revise and update BIM models throughout project lifecycle stages.
• Maintain records of drawings, RFIs, transmittals, and coordination reports.
• Support engineering and construction teams with technical BIM deliverables.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road and infrastructure BIM modeling.
• Strong expertise in road and highway modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Experience in corridors, grading, alignments, and earthwork modeling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with infrastructure coordination and BIM workflows.
• Experience on large-scale road or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.
