This pivotal role involves overseeing the on-site execution of architectural works for some of the Kingdom’s most prestigious construction projects. Join us and be part of a team that is shaping the future of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.## Key Responsibilities* **Supervise and lead** on-site architectural works, ensuring alignment with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.* **Coordinate** with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of architectural tasks.* **Inspect and verify** the quality of materials and workmanship to meet project standards and client expectations.* **Monitor and enforce** compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and ISO 45001 standards.* **Review and interpret** architectural drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings to guide on-site activities.* **Manage and allocate** resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.* **Conduct regular site inspections** to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.* **Prepare and submit** daily progress reports to the project management team.* **Ensure compliance** with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant municipal regulations.* **Train and mentor** junior staff and laborers to uphold quality and safety standards.* **Collaborate** with quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions when necessary.* **Support** the handover process by ensuring all architectural works are completed to specification.## Required Qualifications* Diploma or **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture** or a related field.* Minimum of **8 years of experience** in architectural construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.* Proficiency in reading and interpreting **architectural blueprints** and shop drawings.* Strong knowledge of **Saudi Building Code (SBC)** and other relevant regulations.* Familiarity with **construction management software** such as Primavera P6 or AutoCAD.* Valid registration with the **Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.* Proven track record of managing on-site architectural works for large-scale projects.* Strong understanding of **OSHA** and **ISO 45001** safety standards.## Preferred Qualifications* Certification in **Construction Management** or a related field.* Experience working on **mega-projects** or government-funded developments in Saudi Arabia.* Knowledge of **sustainable building practices** such as LEED or Mostadam standards.* Familiarity with **BIM tools** like Revit for architectural coordination.* Arabic language proficiency for effective communication on-site.## Working Conditions* Based on-site in **Makkah**, with exposure to outdoor construction environments.* Requires wearing **personal protective equipment (PPE)** at all times.* Work schedule may include extended hours and weekends to meet project deadlines.* Exposure to high temperatures and dusty conditions typical of construction sites in the region.* Regular coordination with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.## What We Offer* Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.* Opportunities for career advancement within a leading construction firm.* Access to professional training and certifications.* Exposure to iconic **Saudi Vision 2030** mega-projects.* A multicultural and inclusive work environment.* Commitment to a **safety-first culture** and employee well-being.* Support for continuous learning and development.Join BEC Arabia and be part of a team that is building the future of Saudi Arabia, one landmark project at a time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
