Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts. And support S&OP by providing supply outlook, risks, and capacity constraints
• Monitor inventory availability and proactively prevent stock shortages and excess inventory by Coordinating with Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure timely product availability
• Maintain target inventory levels. And track inventory health (aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock)
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation operations with central team and 3PL providers
• Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse performance
• Monitor transportation and warehousing costs and identify efficiency opportunities

The experience we're looking for

• Comprehensive experience in supply chain management within a consumer goods environment, with a strong focus on customer service
• Proficient with systems such as SAP and knowledgeable in modern supply chain technologies and practises
• A proven track record in building collaborative relationships both within the company and with external partners
• Demonstrated ability to creatively address challenges and maintain consumer satisfaction as a core business priority
• Exceptional communication skills, with the accumen to interpret and relay complex supply chain information effectively
• Commitment to personal development and coaching, with an invested interest in the growth of team members.
