Our team offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of asse health condition monitoring and protection as well as AI/ML driven software solutions for Asset Performance Management (APM). We help our customers and partners to achieve outstanding levels of reliability through our innovative suite of hardware, software and Services solutions.

Take ownership for business growth

As a Cordant Solutions Account Manager, you will have complete ownership of the sales strategy for assigned territory in the Saudi market, You will be responsible for ensuring positioning Baker Hughes as Partner of Choice, handle large accounts and set the right strategy to meet and exceed customer expectations and business growth requirements.

You will also be responsible for:
  • Owning the Orders Annual Plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables..
  • Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of Business development and Sales.
  • Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting New Products and Solutions.
  • Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing. Developing consultant's awareness and knowledge on key Cordant Solutions technologies.
  • Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning.
  • Owning regional future planning and forecasting in the specified territory.
  • Driving cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams.
Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, below are the suggested skillsets:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in Hardware and software related technologies.
  • Have experience with long sales cycles and high-value capital projects.
  • Have strong negotiation, proposal development, and contract management skills.
  • Have understanding of different cloud infrastructure concepts and SAAS business models
  • Have proven experience in project-based sales.
  • Demonstrate expertise in account planning, pipeline development, and competitive positioning.
  • Be able to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, services, supply chain).
  • Be able to work in a complex organization and collaborate with multi countries teams.
  • Have experience and connections with different industries customers in Saudi Arabia. (preferred)
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia without the need for company sponsorship or employment restrictions.
