Job Summary

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, distribution expansion, and market execution across the Self-Service and Discounters channel within the Central Region. The role involves leading and developing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, ensuring effective in-store execution, and delivering sales targets in line with company objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume, value, and distribution targets for the assigned channel and territory.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to maximize performance.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales execution, customer coverage, and route productivity.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, pricing compliance, and promotional execution across all assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, store managers, and buyers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the active customer base.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to support business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular sales and market performance reports.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to ensure product availability and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Product availability and On-Shelf Availability (OSA).

Work experience requirement

• Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong experience in the Self-Service and Discounters channel within the Central Region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly field-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools.
• FMCG food industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of General Trade sales and distribution operations.
