Customer Service Executive - Environmental Services

Job Description

• Attend to and follow up on online and offline enquiries from existing and potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for environmental testing and field services.
• Handle tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and quotation requests, including reviewing requirements and coordinating with the technical team.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents within the required deadlines.
• Promote and sell environmental testing services, including:
  • Air quality testing
  • Emission / stack testing
  • Industrial hygiene testing and monitoring
  • Workplace environmental assessments
  • Environmental surveys and inspections
  • Other laboratory and field testing services
• Follow up with clients on enquiries, quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to convert opportunities into business.
• Conduct online and face-to-face client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, industries, and HSE/environmental professionals.
• Coordinate with laboratory, field, and technical teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, enquiry tracker, and customer database.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s business development strategy.
• Monitor market opportunities, competitor activities, and potential new clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in environmental testing, laboratory services, HSE, industrial hygiene, environmental consultancy, or technical services.
• Experience handling enquiries, tenders, RFQs, quotations, and client follow-ups.
• Good understanding of environmental testing services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple enquiries and tenders simultaneously.
• KSA market experience 
• KSA driving license is preferred.
