Description
A company specializing in Motor Rewinding & Industrial Maintenance is looking for a reliable and active person to join its team.
Responsibilities
• Communicate and follow up with clients regarding jobs, quotations, invoices and requirements.
• Prepare professional quotations and invoices and maintain related records.
• Coordinate incoming and ongoing workshop jobs.
• Maintain records of jobs, customers and basic accounts.
• Manage workshop inventory and track spare parts and materials.
• Handle purchasing, supplier coordination and ordering of required materials.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoices and deliveries.
• Coordinate between customers, suppliers and the workshop team.
Requirements
• Fluent English; intermediate Arabic or above.
• Basic knowledge of AC & DC motors, motor rewinding, compressors and gearboxes.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, client coordination, quotations or invoicing is preferred.
• Good communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer, record-keeping and document preparation skills.
• Valid transferable Iqama with at least 3 months validity.
