Bilingual Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist
SupportFinity™
SiFi in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Customer Success Associate to drive adoption and engagement on the platform. You will onboard new customers, guide feature activation, and coordinate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth post-onboarding experience.
You will respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat, monitor usage, and help identify opportunities to increase utilization. Strong communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to translate product concepts into actionable steps
