Marketing Manager

Description
Auraveritas Company (AVC) is an inspection‑based organization specializing in API, Civil, Welding, Electrical, and Manpower services. To strengthen our operations and expand our client base, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong industry experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
-Client Engagement: Travel to client sites, maintain strong relationships, and address project requirements.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities to expand services and drive company growth.
- Manpower Supply Coordination: Support ongoing manpower supply for projects and shutdowns, ensuring timely mobilization and compliance.
- Strategic Focus: Capture new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Specialization: Must have proven experience in manpower procurement and business development.
- License: Valid KSA driving license (mandatory).
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
- Demonstrated track record in client engagement and securing new business opportunities.
Work Conditions & Benefits
Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
Salary: Around 6,000 SAR per month (negotiable based on performance during interview)
Allowances: Food allowance included
Accommodation & Transport: Provided by the company
