Reporting To: Project Manager / Engineering Head
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across various stages. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent project coordination skills, and a proven track record of working across multi-disciplinary teams to meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, budgeting, and scheduling of engineering projects.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks, and deviations.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct site visits and supervise installation or construction activities as required.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Prepare project status reports and maintain technical documentation.
Support procurement and material tracking aligned with project timelines.
Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest corrective actions to resolve project challenges.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / relevant discipline).
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills Required:
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and documentation practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and scheduling techniques.
