Territory Manager, Joint Replacement, Central Region (Riyadh)

Stryker seeks a Senior Territory Lead to drive joint replacement sales in Central Region (Riyadh). The role involves building customer relationships, executing regional sales targets, coordinating product demonstrations, managing tenders, and ensuring post-sales support and training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territory
- Execute sales activities aligned with regional targets and prepare sales reports
- Plan and conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and evaluate customer proposals
- Support tender processes, coordinate material delivery, and track collections with finance
- Deliver product installation, provide user training, and attend surgical cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical device or orthopaedic sector
- Knowledge of medical device environment and regulatory requirements
- Experience in orthopaedic field
- Joint replacement industry experience highly desirable
