We are hiring Accountant above 5 years experience holding tranferable Iqama

Job responsibilities :

To manage the accounts verifying, allocating and reconciling accounts payable and receivable across group of companies , ensuring accurate invoicing , timely collections and effective monetoring of customer accounts, responsible on all bank transactions Analyzing financial information and status, preparing balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss, and other statements Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information Maintain bank accounts & bank reconciliations Preparing & submitting Client invoices on time, Regular follow-up of accounts receivables Preparing & Processing payroll, Petty cash handling & controlling Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis, Cost Reduction Preparing all required accounting schedules for the annual and interim audit, liaising with auditors and dealing liaising with clients (individuals or businesses) and providing financial information and advice; Financial Planning, management and analyze financial systems and budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

KPI's :
Timely and accurate customer invoicing
100% compliance of issued invoices with ZATCA invoicing and E-invoicing requirements
Reduction in over due receiables ( days sales outstanding)
Accuracy of accounts receiable reconciliations and aging reports
Effective and timely resolution of biling disputes

Qualifications :

B.Com

Software :

Good knowledge of ERP systems Dyanmic system is added advantage and accounting principles
Solid understanding of Saudi VAT incoiving and E- invoicing requirements.
