Duncan & Ross is hiring an IBM DataPower Integration Designer for a major client in Riyadh. This is a design-led role. You'll turn business requirements into secure, scalable integration solutions and guide development teams from design through to delivery.
What you'll do
- Join business and technical meetings to gather and analyse requirements.
- Assess technical feasibility and propose the best integration approach with the core team.
- Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to the client's standards.
- Design secure, high-performing integration solutions on IBM DataPower.
- Guide development teams throughout implementation.
- Work with business, architecture, development, QA and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions successfully.
What you'll bring
- A strong understanding of SOA, enterprise integration and middleware concepts.
- Proven experience designing IBM DataPower solutions, including ownership of HLD/LLD documents.
- Hands-on design of DataPower services: Multi-Protocol Gateway, Web Service Proxy and XML Firewall.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs and XSLT.
- A good grasp of security, including authentication, AAA policies, SSL/TLS and certificate management.
- Excellent analysis, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.

- IBM API Connect or another API management platform
- Experience deploying DataPower on OpenShift
