Job Description

• LEAD AND MANAGE THE RESERVATIONS TEAM, PROVIDING GUIDANCE, TRAINING, AND SUPPORT TO ACHIEVE DEPARTMENTAL GOALS.
• OVERSEE DAILY RESERVATIONS OPERATIONS, IMPLEMENTING EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO MAXIMIZE REVENUE AND OCCUPANCY.
• MONITOR AND ANALYZE RESERVATION TRENDS, ADJUSTING STRATEGIES AS NEEDED TO OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE.
• ENSURE ALL RESERVATIONS ARE PROCESSED ACCURATELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
• ADHERING TO COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
• COLLABORATE WITH REVENUE MANAGEMENT, SALES, AND FRONT OFFICE TEAMS TO ALIGN RESERVATION STRATEGIES WITH OVERALL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
• HANDLE COMPLEX RESERVATION INQUIRIES AND RESOLVE ESCALATED CUSTOMER ISSUES.
• GENERATE AND ANALYZE REPORTS ON RESERVATIONS PERFORMANCE, PROVIDING INSIGHTS TO MANAGEMENT.
• STAY UPDATED ON INDUSTRY TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES TO MAINTAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE.
• ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAUDI ARABIAN HOSPITALITY REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS.

Qualifications

• 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL RESERVATIONS, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE.
• PROFICIENCY IN RESERVATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS (GDS).
