About the role
Fine Links is urgently hiring an organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support its sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments to support timely order delivery.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling, correspondence, and account administration.
- Track pending quotations and customer requests, escalating issues when needed.
- Provide professional and timely customer service.
Qualifications and skills
- Mid-level experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer service.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or ERP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
