Hair Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Hair Specialist to provide top-tier hair styling, treatment, and grooming services to our clients. In this role, you will consult with clients to understand their styling needs, execute precision cuts, color applications, and specialized hair treatments, and deliver an exceptional salon experience.

Note: Applicants must currently reside within Saudi Arabia, possess valid residency status with no Huroob (absenteeism report), and be fully willing to relocate to different cities across the Kingdom as per business requirements. Applications are exclusively open to candidates of Indian, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Nepalese nationalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Hair Styling & Cutting: Perform professional haircuts, trims, blowouts, styling, and up-dos tailored to client preferences and face shapes.

• Color & Chemical Services: Expertly apply hair coloring, highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, straightening, perming, and smoothing treatments (such as keratin or protein treatments).

• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to analyze hair texture, type, and scalp health, providing professional recommendations on cuts, colors, and home-care products.

• Scalp & Hair Treatments: Administer specialized hair and scalp treatments to address dryness, hair fall, damage, and overall hair health.

• Station & Equipment Maintenance: Keep the workstation, mirrors, chairs, and tools (scissors, blow dryers, curling/straightening irons, brushes) impeccably clean, sterilized, and sanitized after every client use.

• Retail & Product Promotion: Recommend appropriate hair care products, shampoos, and conditioners to clients and drive retail sales within the salon.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven professional hands-on experience working as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or Hair Specialist in a reputable salon or spa.

• Geographic & Legal Requirement: Must currently be located inside Saudi Arabia with valid residency status (Iqama) and absolutely NO Huroob status (must be eligible for transfer).

• Mobility: Must be fully willing to be relocated to different cities within Saudi Arabia based on company operational needs.

• Nationality Restriction: Open only to Indian, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Nepalese nationals.

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern hair cutting, coloring techniques, chemical processing safety, and styling tools.

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills with a strong client-focused attitude.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and maintain high energy in a dynamic salon environment.
