Saudization & HR Compliance Officer

Saipem is seeking a Saudization Officer to join the Human Resources Department within the Saudization team. You will support localization by ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, achieving Saudization targets, and enhancing recruitment, development, and retention of Saudi talent.
