Chartered MEP Senior/ Associate Cost Consultant Location: Riyadh, KSA Type: Permanent, Full- Time Salary: 50,000 -65,000 SAR per month We are recruiting a Senior or Associate Director level MEP Cost Consultant for a permanent position in the Middle East with a world-class Construction Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Middle East. If you are an Associate Director level or Senior Quantity Surveyor with Cost Consultancy experience and meet all of the requirements below, we would be keen to talk to you about this Middle East job vacancy. REQUIREMENTS • Position Level: This is a senior level role so we are seeking candidates who have operated as a Senior or Associate Cost Consultant specifically for MEP. • Years of Experience: Circa 10 years post qualification experience as an MEP Cost Consultant. • Type of organisation experience:Candidates should have previous experience working for a well known Cost Consultancy organisation. • Location Experience: Previous Middle East Cost Consultancy experience is desirable for this role. The preference is for someone with previous Middle East or overseas experience and FIDIC Contracts knowledge. • Chartered status: is a requirement for this position MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – Quantity Surveying. Our client are a well know cost consultancy organisation • Degree Qualification: A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known University. The end client, has stipulated this is also an essential requirement for this job vacancy. • Contracts Experience: Solid mix of both Pre and Post Contract experience. SALARY & BENEFITS An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. We are seeking someone with the gravitas to liaise with this client at a very senior level and be responsible for this project.
