Accountant

First Construction Company (FCC) seeking a qualified and detailoriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have handson experience in accounting within the contracting or construction sector with a solid understanding of projectbased financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daytoday accounting operations including journal entries invoicing and bank reconciliations.
  
• Monitor project expenses and prepare cost reports.
  
• Prepare financial statements and assist in monthly/yearly closings.
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and billing.
  
• Ensure compliance with VAT Zakat and other financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting within contracting or construction companies .
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. ERP Tally or similar systems).
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  
• Good understanding of Saudi tax regulations.
  
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
