- Providing Administrative/ Facilitation support for develop organizing and maintaining department filling and record keeping, system along with office maintenance department.
- Provide the work order form and status view for initial
- To update and close the completed task in the system
- Raising EAM request for the works
Key Accountabilities
- Posts Overtime for all Staffs on OT Database.
- Manage all the record of the acknowledgement.
- Raise all necessary Leave forms, PSRs, HDR, SAP and other personal requests for PP Sites staff whenever required.
- Managing all Helpdesk calls, including logging them on the helpdesk system and allocating and closing out the calls.
- Ensuring that the process for call logging and call resolution for each client site is adhered to.
- Welcome clients & visitors to the office in a professional & courteous manner
- General Administration
- Take on ad hoc projects & tasks as and when required
- Reception duties including managing post and couriers, meeting room set-up and general office duties when required
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
- Educational Qualifications & Certifications:High School / University Degree.
- Knowledge:Good Knowledge in Administration of Property Maintenance
- Technical Skills:PC literacy with strong competency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Management Software)
- Language Skills:Fluency in both English and Arabic.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Help Desk capacity including administrative/accounting jobs.

- HR : Coordination for staff’s vacation and personnel affair
