Required Finance Manager

Summary: The Finance Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of a growing organization across multiple business divisions. This position is central to driving financial stability, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and treasury functions while enhancing financial systems and internal controls. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, the Finance Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to optimize profitability and operational efficiency, particularly within contracting, construction, rental, industrial, or commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall financial operations across diverse business divisions
  
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  
• Oversee treasury activities, banking coordination, and cash flow management
  
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  
• Monitor financial performance and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies
  
• Strengthen internal controls and support internal and external audit processes
  
• Partner with management to inform strategic business decisions
  
• Lead ERP implementation and drive improvements in financial processes and reporting systems
  
• Analyze costs, financial risks, and operational performance
  
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams
  
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
  
• Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred
  
• Proven expertise in budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting, and financial controls
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance process optimization
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
  
• Experience in contracting, rental, construction, industrial, or commercial industries is highly advantageous
  
• GCC or Saudi Arabia work experience is preferred
