NEW KSA / Saudi: 2026: 8+ PQE / a partner or associate is needed for this role to work with another senior that has just joined .. you must be on the ground in the KSA , OR have good knowledge of the KSA / Saudi. This is a multi-Global UK company. Fintech is a great advantage within the framework of this role. This offers a wholly different opportunity for the right person - preferably Aus, City or US. You will have excellent analytical and drafting skills, flexibility to work with different team members on a range of a range of matters, excellent client handling skills and ability to nurture relationships and a strong pull to the KSA region to work in a company that little bit different to a law firm.

Much of the work will centre on you being able to 'do', and have experience on advising banks, financial institutions, regulators, fintech companies, and corporate borrowers on the region’s highly regulated and rapidly evolving financial landscape. The role needs cross‑border finance expertise, regulatory knowledge, and some Islamic finance. Basics will / can include: financial regulation, cross‑border finance expertise, regulatory advisory skills, Islamic finance knowledge (familiarity with Sharia principles and common structures), stakeholder management - working with regulators, ministries, sovereign entities, and international banks. Also Arabic language is advantageous but not always required (mainly for Saudi Arabia and local‑law documentation).
