B2B sales specialist

Job description:

- B2B sales specialists are required to work in the cities: (Riyadh - Jeddah)

Career goal:
- Developing the company’s sales by attracting corporate and institutional clients, building long-term relationships with them, and achieving specific sales targets

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Searching for potential clients from companies and institutions and attracting them
- Preparing a plan for periodic field visits to current and potential clients
- Providing commercial offers and introducing the company’s services and products
- Negotiating with customers and closing deals according to company policies
- Preparing and sending quotations and following them up until approval
- Building strong professional relationships with clients’ decision makers
- Follow up on commercial contracts and agreements and renew them when due
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Updating customer data and sales opportunities in the customer management system (CRM)
- Follow up on the collection of financial dues in coordination with the financial department
- Study the market, analyze competitors, and submit recommendations to management
- Preparing periodic reports on visits, sales opportunities, and sales achieved
- Participate in exhibitions and trade events when needed
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints and coordinating with the relevant departments to resolve them
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and increasing the volume of dealing with them

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent B2B field sales experience High skills in negotiation and persuasion Ability to build relationships and manage clients A valid driver's license and willingness to travel in the field
