As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's overall information technology (IT) strategy, implementation, and management. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, ensuring the security and integrity of information assets, and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives. The CIO reports directly to the CEO or another member of the executive leadership team.

Key Accountabilities 

• Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth plans, and digital transformation priorities.
• Oversee the selection, deployment, and maintenance of technology systems and infrastructure.
• Lead initiatives to leverage technology for innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and accessibility of data and information assets.
• Establish policies, standards, and procedures for IT operations and compliance.
• Manage the IT budget and allocate resources effectively to support business needs.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and other IT-related risks.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration and developing talent.
• Collaborate with other C-suite executives to ensure that IT initiatives support broader business objectives and deliver value to the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic IT management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, omnichannel ecosystems, ERP/CRM integrations, cloud technologies, and emerging digital solutions.
• Proven track record in enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale systems implementation.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Visionary thinking and strategic planning abilities to drive digital transformation and innovation.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, architectures, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's industry.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex IT challenges and drive continuous improvement.
