Key Skills & Experience (Fresh Graduate Level)
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Any internship or practical training experience in accounting, finance, or shared services will be an advantage.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- of ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting systems is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Other Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
