Personal Secretary
Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding where appropriate.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Assist in preparing expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
