• Job Description :

• under the guidance of the Manager Service Sales Trainee to prepare the maintenance contracts negotiate and finalize agreements with clients based on established guidelines.
• Supports in the implementation of sales strategies to recover lost units and actively pursues clients to ensure unit recovery on favourable terms for Otis Entity.
• Builds a relationship with clients by regularly engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.
• Maintains an updated log for all enquiries received for maintenance recovery repairs and modernization.
• Coordinates with the Finance Department with respect to invoice requirements for maintenance contracts and other chargeable works.
• Assists the Finance Department with the timely collection of payments based on contracting agreements.
• Updates the maintenance contracts database in the SMS system and provides periodic reports from this and other relevant sources to show the latest status of all contract activity.

• Experience Level:

• Fresh graduates and 01 years of experience
• Saudi national is must
• Driving Licenses is a preferrable
